The Little Knitters
Dently darted into the room with the exuberance of youth. His eyes wide with wonder as he watched his sister deftly play with the knitting needles. “When can I knit Ang’l?”, he almost begged. “In a while Dent”, replied Angel.
“Mom just said I could help, Ang’l.” “I know Dent – you can help by holding the thread for me. That’s an important role in knitting – you know.”
“Oh ok – what are we making again?” “It will be a sweater for grandma – to help keep her warm.” “Then, will she come outside and play with us?” “Maybe Dent.”
